The villas are divided into seven functional units. Each of them is centred around a courtyard - a semi-public space, intended mainly for the inhabitants of the given unit. The new development is spread over five hectares and has a public park at its centre. There are shops on the ground floor and a new public transport stop. A maximum of three apartments are located on each floor, so that six to nine units always share a common entrance. Almost every apartment has a generous loggia, a cross-ventilated layout, ideal orientation to the sun and views of the park greenery and the private courtyard. The ground floor apartments have a private front garden. Emphasis was also placed on a carefully and well-designed interior layout and sufficient storage space.

For the interior wall surface finishing, Cemix 4230 lightweight gypsum plaster was chosen, which has better thermal insulation properties. Thanks to the natural humidity control, it ensures a pleasant indoor climate. For larger projects, the possibility of machine application is an important advantage, which significantly speeds up the work process. The layer thickness of up to 40 mm in one layer is also a great advantage. When selecting other building materials, care was also taken to preserve the natural character of the site. The main distinctive feature of the houses is the larch wood lining of the loggias without any surface treatment. Vilapark Tabulový Vrch Olomouc, the work of the Chybík+Kryštof studio, won one of the partner prizes in the Architecture Award 2020 competition. The jury particularly appreciated the innovative approach to the solution of new healthy housing. The first stage of the project was also awarded the title of Building of the Year in the Building of the Year of the Olomouc Region 2020 competition.
