LB Cemix products play a vital role in minimising the impact of industrial production on the environment. They are used, for example, in desulphurisation processes in power stations and smelters, in the remediation and optimisation of soil acidity, and in the treatment and purification of waste water. Up to sixty percent of Kotouč Štramberk's total production is used in the field of nature protection and ecology in general.
