Substrate requirement
The substrate must comply with the applicable standards, must be solid, free of loose particles, free of dust, paint, residues of demoulding agents and efflorescence. It must be sufficiently rough, dry and evenly absorbent. The surface shall not be frozen and water-repellent. The minimum substrate cohesion shall be 1,5 MPa and the concrete quality C 20/25.
Substrate preparation
Contaminated, damaged, moldy and dusty parts must be removed. A base surface that is too dense must be roughened. Before application, the surface must be moistened one day before.
Preparation of the mixture
Prepare the material by pouring the dry mixture into the prescribed amount of water and mixing it. Use potable water to mix the mixture. Mix using a slow-speed mixer. Mix to a homogeneous, lump-free mixture and leave to rest. Then mix again briefly.

Processing instructions
Apply the adhesive bridge to the surface in a thin layer using a brush or broom. The exposed steel inserts are carefully covered with the material on all sides. The repair mortar is applied to the wet adhesive bridge (wet on wet) in the required layer thickness. If the adhesive bridge dries out, another layer must be applied.

Treatment after application
Low temperatures have a negative effect on the maturation and prolong the setting time of the material. During processing, the direct negative effects of frost, high heat and rain should be avoided. Direct heating of the material is prohibited! Do not use when frost is expected.
