Non-shrinking, strong and aesthetic end surface
Fine repair mortar for concrete structural defects
- R3 rated and therefore also suitable for repairing structural elements, high adhesion and compressive strength
- Low tendency to cracking and high PH value ensures corrosion protection of reinforcing steel
- Due to its dimensional stability and good adhesion, it is suitable for large continuous surfaces (e.g.: terrace floors)
- Suitable for forming a smooth finishing layer directly under concrete paint
Area of application
- Outdoor: floor + wall + ceiling
- Indoor: floor + wall + ceiling
- For plinth
Heating and cooling area
- Floor + Wall
Processing method
- For hand processing
- Fine frost-resistant PPC (polymer-cement-concrete) mortar suitable as a final layer for the repair of concrete and ferro-concrete structures or precast concrete in a layer from 3 to 12 mm.

Substrate requirement
The substrate must comply with the applicable standards, must be solid, free of loose particles, free of dust, paint, residues of demoulding agents and efflorescence. It must be sufficiently rough, dry and evenly absorbent. The surface shall not be frozen and water-repellent. The minimum substrate cohesion shall be 1,5 MPa and the concrete quality C 20/25. Coat the exposed and cleaned reinforcement with Cemix protective coating.
Substrate preparation
Apply the adhesive bridge to the surface in a thin layer using a brush or broom. The repair mortar is applied to the wet adhesive bridge (wet on wet) in the required layer thickness using a steel trowel or an aluminum slat. We should always pre-treat only as much surface as we can cover with repair mortar before it dries. If the adhesive bridge dries out, another layer must be applied. If the repair mortar has to be applied in several layers (e.g. for rough repair mortar), the following layers must be formed either before the lower layer dries or by using an adhesive bridge. The final surface can be created with a plastic or xps trowel.
Preparation of the mixture
Prepare the material by pouring the dry mixture into the prescribed amount of water and mixing it. Use potable water to mix the mixture. Mix using a slow-speed mixer. Mix to a homogeneous, lump-free mixture and leave to rest. Then mix again briefly.

Processing instructions
Contaminated, damaged, decaying and dusty parts must be removed. The reinforcing bars must be exposed to the necessary extent and their surface must be mechanically cleaned of corroded parts. Both steel and concrete surfaces must be pretreated with Kontakt CT adhesive bridge and rebar passivator.
